Key Definitions
JeetWin Casino – The online gaming platform offering casino games and sports betting services.
Affiliate Program – A partnership initiative where affiliates promote JeetWin to attract new players.
Affiliate – An individual or entity registered on the JeetWin affiliate portal who promotes the casino and brings new users.
Players – Users who register and place bets on JeetWin through affiliate referral links.
Commission – Earnings paid to the Affiliate based on the net revenue generated by referred players.
Net Revenue – Total wagers placed by players minus all winnings and bonuses paid out.
Payout – The transfer of earned commissions from the affiliate account to the chosen payment method.
Payment Cycle – The period after which affiliate commissions become available for withdrawal.
Marketing Materials – Approved banners, links, and tracking tools supplied to Affiliates for promotional use.
Affiliate Program Agreement
By joining the JeetWin Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with all terms outlined herein.
JeetWin reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Affiliates will be informed of changes via their registered email address.
Participation is limited to individuals aged 18 and above.
Affiliates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login information. JeetWin holds no liability for unauthorized account access.
JeetWin may reject or terminate any affiliate application or account at its sole discretion without explanation.
All updates to these terms take effect immediately upon publication on the affiliate website.
Affiliate Obligations and Restrictions
Affiliates receive approved promotional assets to support their marketing efforts. Affiliates must not misrepresent themselves as JeetWin employees or owners.
The following practices are strictly forbidden:
- Sending unsolicited spam emails or using unauthorized pop-under/pop-up ads
- Purchasing paid search ads using JeetWin brand keywords
- Registering domains containing "JeetWin" or attempting to divert branded traffic unlawfully
- Engaging in cookie stuffing or unauthorized iframe embedding
Violations will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
Only one affiliate account is allowed per person or company. Self-referrals are strictly prohibited.
JeetWin retains the right to terminate affiliate partnerships without prior notice or reason.
Commission Structure
Affiliates earn a starting commission of 20% on the net revenue generated by referred players. This may reduce to 15% after 6 months of no new First-Time Deposits (FTDs), and down to 5% if inactivity continues for 12 months.
Players identified as fraudulent or abusive will be excluded from commission calculations. Chargebacks and reversals void related payments.
High-Value Player Policy
Players generating a net negative revenue of $10,000 or more within a month will be classified as High-Value Players.
- Negative balances are carried forward and offset only against that specific player’s future activity.
- Negative balances are not transferable between different players.
Commission Payments
Commissions are paid monthly by the 15th for the previous month, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $100.
If the minimum payout is not reached, commissions roll over to the next cycle. Payment delays may occur due to technical issues, with a maximum delay of two months.
Dispute Handling
Any disputes should be reported to the affiliate support team via the official email. All claims will be reviewed within 14 days. Use of abusive language or dishonest behavior may lead to dismissal of the claim and termination of the affiliate account.
